HOMES is made by MEME RECORDS. This page explains what we collect on this website, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
MEME Records Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15643180. Registered office: Flat 9, 19 St. Alphonsus Road, London SW4 7AW. We decide how your information is used here. Questions about anything on this page: hi@memerecords.co.
If you apply
The form asks for your artist name, your email and your genre. We use them to look at your application and get back to you about HOMES, nothing else. It comes to us by email, and our email is run by Google.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to artists and managers who ask to join HOMES.
We keep applications while we're bringing artists onto HOMES, so we can come back to you when there's room. Ask us any time and we'll delete yours.
When you visit
The site is hosted by GitHub and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any website, they handle your IP address and basic browser details to show you the page and keep it secure.
The mini-apps you can play here load songs and pictures from HOMES, which runs on Google Firebase. Google sees your IP address when they load.
If something on the page breaks, it sends us a short error report: which page, what went wrong, your browser type and a random code. It never includes your name or email. We keep these only as long as we need them to fix things.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a website that works and stays secure.
On your device
No cookies, no ads, no tracking. The page and its mini-apps keep a few small things in your browser, like high scores, settings and a code for error reports, so they work. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes them.
Who else sees it
Only Google, GitHub and Cloudflare, who handle it for us. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers. These companies may handle data outside the UK, including in the US. When they do, it's covered by the safeguards UK law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hi@memerecords.co. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If anything here changes, we'll update this page. Last updated: October 2026.
